Move-in:

Move-in is FRIDAY, MARCH 13TH, ONLY.
EVEN number booths: 10 - 1pm
ODD number booths: 2pm - 6pm
Time slots are to help the traffic flow on-site.

Instructions:

 VENUE ADDRESS: 2369 Joslyn Court, Lake Orion, MI 48360 
Our site for the Art Fair is in the King's Court Castle, which is at the North end of all the buildings. Check in at the last main entrance on the front of the building. There will be signs.

If you have not yet, send proof of insurance. We need it prior to move-in. If you need a source for event insurance use ActInsurance.com
NOTE: Co-insured are Art As Healing Foundation, POB 970974, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 and King's Court Castle 2369 Joslyn Ct, Lake Orion, MI 48360

Bring all your displays, tables, chairs, display walls, hanging walls, etc. If you purchased power, bring extension cords.
Also, as this is an indoor event where you can not drive-in, bring your own cart. This is very important as we do not have staff to carry your belongings and the venue does not have proper carts. 

NO HANGING ITEMS FROM VENUE WALLS. This is a well crafted site and they will charge for damage. 

During actual show hours do not park in the front. We will let you know where the artist parking is. Show hours are 11-8p on Saturday and 12-6p on Sunday. 

Patience is a virtue. Move-ins are typically stressful, so breathe and relax it will all get done in time! Thank you!
